HR Nursing Care provides in-home healthcare services, which may include skilled nursing care, personal care assistance, therapy services, and chronic disease management. We also offer medical equipment for rent, including hospital beds, wheelchairs, oxygen concentrators, nebulizers, and patient monitors. The specific Services provided to you will be outlined in a separate agreement or care plan.

You agree to use our Website and Services in a lawful and respectful manner. You shall not:

• Use our Website or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Website or Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users without their consent. 
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Equipment Rental Terms

If you rent medical equipment from us, you agree to the following terms:

• You are responsible for the proper and safe use of the equipment.
• You will notify us immediately of any damage, malfunction, or loss of the equipment.
• You will return the equipment in the same condition as it was received, reasonable wear and tear excepted, by the agreed-upon return date.
• You are responsible for any costs associated with damage, loss, or failure to return the equipment on time, as outlined in a separate rental agreement.

6. Payment and Billing

The fees for our Services will be outlined in a separate agreement or care plan. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner according to the agreed-upon payment terms. We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate payments.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on our Website are owned by or licensed to HR Nursing Care and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
